Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Crawl Space Encapsulation across Marietta because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Free, no-obligation estimates · Real warranties
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Marietta crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Marietta crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Marietta technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Marietta crews hear about most.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Marietta foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Marietta customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Marietta homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Marietta basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Marietta after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →Some Marietta properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Marietta homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Marietta commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Marietta quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Marietta horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Marietta customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Marietta job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."

"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Marietta contract we sign.
